Fluorine Substituents Reduce Charge Recombination and Drive Structure and Morphology Development in Polymer Solar Cells

The general message of this paper is that fluorine substitution should be considered in designing polymeric compliments for PCMB in solar cells -- the reason is that increasing the number of F atoms suppresses charge recombination through a number of effects described in the paper.
