A study of PEG-co-PDEGA and PEG-PDEGA block polymers. The co-polymer exhibited, with pH dependence, cooperative two step phase transition and formed metastable nano globules at biologically relevant temperatures. The block structure exhibited gradual growth of micelles with eventually leading to macroscopic aggregation. The tuning ability revealed in this study could be promising for polymer-therapeutics.
