PCBM: A Novel Acceptor for Organic Solar Cells

In this work, PCBM functionalized norbornenes are "vinyl
addition"-homo/co-polymerized via Pd (II) catalysis (resulting in a
saturated polymer backbone). While the authors claim to have developed a
solution processable PCMB-containing series of polymers, these polymers
seem to be only soluble in such solvents as ODCB, which isn't too
exciting.
